Airtel needs a value-added services platform to augment its common subscriber base. The VAS partners are to showcase and upsell their products on our system, which is then billed to the post-paid statements. VAS partners are on-boarded and integrated into the Platform and a backend Single Sign-On for Airtel users forms the basis for router authentication.

NetProphets develops a methodology for the standardization of APIs across VAS partners:

• Authentication
• Discount Rules
• Billing Management.
• Reconciliation Mechanism etc.

These APIs are developed as an Abstraction layer of Web Services on top of the SIF framework (developed by NetProphets for Airtel VTA).

Each VAS partner now has access to the APIs to integrate and provide access to Airtel Customers without any need for Commerce Management.

Airtel ACS is running into its 10th year since launch, primarily as a support system after the custom integration of this middleware platform over the Brand’s technology ecosystem.
