I have been working with NetProphets now for 6 years on a daily basis mainly on our media database system, Televident. Over this period I have never had any issues with their work output. The commitment to the cause and consistent delivery against normally very short timings is a credit to both their hard work, their clear understanding and importance of the project, and their focus on detail. The Delhi Flour Mills group has been working with Net Prophets for 2 years now, in the development and maintenance of two corporate websites.
Our relationship has been a satisfying and trouble-free one. During the development process, the Net Prophets team was always proactive in ensuring that deadlines were met, and extremely receptive to our feedback on design and aesthetic issues. As a result, we were more than pleased with the websites when they went live.
Since then, the ongoing updates and tweaks that are required to keep a website active and current have always happened smoothly and extremely promptly.

We've always had a great working relationship with NetProphets. Whenever we needed technical help it always happened very promptly and any issues were resolved quickly. The only problem we did have was when an intermediary was placed between us and yourselves. That's when we started getting slow responses.
